NARROMINE AGSHOWS NSW YOUNG WOMEN COMPETITION

The Narromine Young Women Competition is open to community minded local women aged 18–25 who are passionate about contributing to and representing their community.

This is not a beauty pageant. Participants are judged on personality, confidence, ambition and life goals, general and rural knowledge, presentation and public speaking. Entrants should have a genuine interest in rural NSW and an understanding of the issues faced by women in regional communities.

Beyond the judging, the program offers a unique opportunity for personal growth. Entrants take part in activities that build confidence, communication skills and leadership. The competition also provides valuable networking opportunities, connecting young women with community leaders, mentors and peers who share a passion for rural life and community involvement. Many participants walk away with lifelong friendships, new skills and a stronger sense of direction and purpose.
